:-))))) You're so clever you are. Actually, wallowing is The Barefoot Doctors way of dealing with selfpity. Keep saying to yourself "It is alright for me to feel sorry for myself as long as I'm enjoying it." That gives you the feeling that you have a choice. And as it usually is the feeling of lacking choice that fills us with selfpity in the first place it is an excellent way of counteracting it without any harsh words or extreme measures.
