10 Things in the Day
10 Things I Would Like to Do Every Day:
- Get 8 hours of sleep
- Spend at least one hour (minimum!!!) doing something creative
- Do something out of the ordinary and not in my normal routine
- Do yoga (maybe not EVERY day)
- Listen to great music
- Be inspired
- Take responsibility for my actions that affect the world – which is most (people, environment, etc.)
- Drive less
- Have an interesting conversation
- Enjoy a bit of nature
Today I am feeling:
- Overwhelmed
- Tired
- Inspired
- Excited
- Curious
- Rebellious
- Full
